ATTENTION All SKATING MEMBERS OF THE OSA:
Ice time arranged by Lakewood Speedskating Club. Come to learn, improve, get in shape and have fun!! The emphasis will be on FUN AND GAMES, TECHNIQUE, use of the track, endurance and long distance work for the older skaters, drills and good old work on those EDGES!!
FEE: 9 sessions $90.00
